Mustaches, Performances, and Easter Egg Hunts
Last week, Katrina opened a French cafe. She played a CD I had purchased that was of Parisian music. She set up her cafe and played her music and she felt like a little black paint would complete the scene for us...
I think she looks more like Jack Sparrow instead of a Parisian garcon...what do you think?
Friday, Jack and Katrina had friends come to visit. They came up with very different forms of entertainment.
Katrina and Kaylie were busy being roller skating, singing divas:
Jack and Brandon were busy doing what boys do best...playing video games...
After a fun sleepover for the children, Saturday saw us gathered at the church for our Easter Egg Hunt.
The children gathered in the Fellowship Hall and listened to the Resurrection Story while some of the adults went out and hid dozens upon dozens upon dozens of eggs. Some of the adults stayed and listened too (and practiced crowd control).
After the story time, we released the children. Before they scurried out, colorful eggs littered the ground. Moments later, it was locusts had descended....the eggs had disappeared!
Isn't the sky gorgeous?
