Hello, Orthodontist!

Today, I took Jack and Katrina to the dentist. With Daniel working, we are trying to get all of that normal healt care stuff done. It had been three years since the kids had been to the dentist. We were a bit concerned about Jack's teeth as he has a large gap between his two front teeth.

Well, the good news is that their teeth are in excellent condition. They were both complimented on what a good job they are doing taking care of their teeth. Then I was told that Jack's bite was of concern and that he probably has too much space in his mouth, so on Monday we get to go to the dentist. Several of Jack's friends have braces (is it just me or do more kids seem to have them these days than when we were growing up?). Jack is already listing the things he won't be able to eat if he gets braces....

We are already thinking about the bill...
